If you’re running the factory 1998–2002 Camaro/Firebird LS1 accessory brackets, you can’t keep the OEM low-mount A/C compressor (it hits the frame/crossmember in most swaps).

That’s where the LSSimple A/C add-on comes in:

  • Mounting → Relocates the compressor to the upper passenger-side (high mount).

  • What’s included →

    • Bracket

    • New A/C compressor

    • Idler pulley

    • Belt tensioner

  • Belt routing → Keeps everything on one serpentine belt, just a longer length than non-A/C.

  • Why it’s useful → Clears the frame, steering, and suspension in most chassis swaps while still keeping A/C.

It basically makes the LS1 Camaro/Firebird front drive “A/C-friendly” again without needing to switch to a full Corvette or truck accessory drive
